So happy for you to meet the beautiful soul - Bethani! What a talent and joy to work with. Her music got me through 2 years of ministerial school...and that is sayin' somethin'! ha ha Enjoy the journey and chill/spiritual sounds of BETHANI.
Bethani is a familiar name in new thought churches, having been the music director at Austin's Unity Church of the Hills, and as a touring artist. Her all new thought cd "Go Within" was named Album of the Year by Austin's npr host John Aielli in 2000. It's a mix of originals and standard new thought meditation songs.
Bethani has been on the music faculty at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas for the past 28 years. In addition to singing and songwriting, she records frequently and maintains a busy performance schedule. Her new album "After the Rain" debuted in April of 2021.
She has also sung for Disney films, and is a member of the Austin jazz vocal trio The Beat Divas.
