Do you know who your ancestors are? Well they know you - and are probably trying to help you right now. The spirit world is closer than you think...and often your ancestors are reaching out from the great beyond to try and support your journey.
During this episode Dave and I rap about our own journey with this and then finally get to the idea that one way we honor those who have gone before, is to live a good life. We want to move into the idea that we will one day become the ancestors and we will be the ones leaving a legacy behind.
