She is the Founder and Director of The Magnetic Voice Group. The Magnetic Voice Group provides a safe space for performers, public speakers, ministers, and visionaries to explore and develop the power and unique colors of the human voice and charismatic communication. Through MasterMind, Master Classes, and private sessions, it provides a personalized curriculum designed to meet the client’s individual needs.
Monique now combines her 20 years experience in High Profile Performance with Top Shelf Coaching Strategies, creating a fertile training ground to unleash a new generation of charismatic communicators.

She owns Shannon Kropf Creative, a brand design and online presence development firm, and is the founder of TEACHLIVE.ONLINE and ChurchGeekPro, a tech consultancy for houses of worship.
She has a passion for connecting brilliant, creative entrepreneurs with their audience, and doing it in a distinctive way that communicates the essence and spirit of each client.
